AIP Realty Trust (“AIP”) is a real estate investment trust with a growing portfolio of new light

innovative offering was created by AIP’s development and management partner, Dallas-based
AllTrades Industrial Properties, Inc. (“AllTrades”). With an initial property in the Dallas-Fort
Worth (“DFW”) area, AIP holds the exclusive rights to finance the development of and to purchase
all the completed and leased “AllTrades branded” properties built by AllTrades in key growth
markets in the U.S. Together with AllTrades, AIP has established a roadmap for a national
rollout that is expected to generate a significant and long-term pipeline of properties to be
financed and purchased by AIP.
